Our story
Sharing a mutual commitment to pushing boundaries and discovering fresh concepts within chamber music, the Rever Ensemble is determined to explore innovative approaches and shape new directions in music. Looking for a way to surpass the conventions of classical music, offering a different interpretation, Rever Ensemble offers a new perspective to the audience.
Initially composed of a woodwind quintet and a pianist, the ensemble aims to expand in the near future to include a woodwind quintet, a string quintet, and a pianist. The performances by the Rever Ensemble emphasize the flexibility of the performers and the ensemble itself, adapting to various repertoire and formations for each concert. As a newly formed ensemble, the Rever Ensemble’s potential lays in the musicians’ talent, commitment, creativity, and inspiration. They have received guidance from Diethelm Jonas, professor of oboe and chamber music at the Musikhochschule Lübeck in Germany.
Individually, all members of the Rever Ensemble have actively performed with orchestras on international stages, united by their belief in chamber music as the most refined form of musical expression.
