Kristīne Beitika – flute
Kristīne Beitika has studied at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (KCB) with Carlos Bruneel and Frank Hendrickx, Maastricht Academy of Music with Philippe Benoit and Valerie Debaele, and Estonian Academy of Music and Theater with Mihkel Peäske.
She has performed all over Europe and participated in such Festivals as Kissinger Sommer, Enescu Festival, Ljubljana Festival, Rheingau Musik Festival, Aurora Chamber Music Festival, Usedomer Musikfestival, Young Euro Classics, Südtirol Festival – Merano, Pärnu Music Festival, Hong Kong Arts Festival, among others.
Beitika has participated in masterclasses for solo or chamber music with Kersten McCall (2024), Anais Benoit (2024), Karin Bonelli (2024), Petri Alanko (2024), Emily Beynon (2022), Anne Catherine Heinzmann (2022), Birgit Ramsl (2022), Dejan Gavric (2020), Anna Garzuly (2019), Gaby Pas van Riet (2019), Anneleen Lenaerts (2018), William Bennett (2017), Samuel Coles (2017), Daniela Troiani (2013), Ralph Manno (2016), Jan Cober (2016), Barbara Gisler- Haase (2013), Diāna Ketlere (2013), and others.
As an orchestral musician, Kristīne has participated in such projects as Baltic Young Musicians with the Karajan Academy Musicians, European Union Youth Wind Orchestra, European Union Youth orchestra (EUYO) (guest participant) among others.
She has been an academist of the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra performing under the baton of Maestro Neeme Järvi. Since 2016, Beitika has been a member of the Baltic Sea Philharmonic.
